We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. To cancel an order without incurring a cost for returning unwanted items, you will need to do it before your order is dispatched. To cancel or change an order, please contact us at email@example.com.
You have a legal right to cancel a contract from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 days to cancel, starting from the day after you receive the products.
If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, you must return them in a securely wrapped parcel to Mavis Nest, St Patrick’s Rd, Kilrane, County Wexford, Ireland. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or (if earlier) 14 days after you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
If you cancel your order because you’ve changed your mind, you will have to pay for the costs of returning the goods if the goods have already been dispatched.
You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products.
If the products you receive are damaged, faulty, or do not match the description given at the time of sale, please return them within 21 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. We will pay for additional postage costs in the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
