Cedarwood essential oil has a warm, rich fragrance that works well in times of illness and can help relieve the symptoms of cold and coughs if used in a diffuser or steam inhalation blend. Emotionally, the cedarwood is strengthening and stabilising. This oil is ideal for use during the confusion and emotional upheaval to help concentrate the mind and steady the soul.

Use for aromatherapy only. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil before use. Please check an essential oil book or another professional reference source for suggested and dilution ratios.
